描述: Bersanlimab (BI-505) 是一种全人源靶向细胞间粘附分子-1 (ICAM-1）的单克隆抗体。Bersanlimab 具有抗癌作用，可用于研究复发/难治性多发性骨髓瘤。

体外活性: Bersanlimab(BI-505) induces dose-dependent expression of ICAM-1 and programmed cell death (PCD) in Ramos, Raji, and Daudi lymphoma cells, with a dosage range spanning from 1 ng/mL to 1000 μg/mL [1].

体内活性: Bersanlimab (BI-505), administered at a dose of 20 mg/kg via intraperitoneal injection twice a week for a continuous period of 21 days, significantly reduces tumor growth and prolongs the survival of animals [1].
