英文名: Fucosterol
描述: Fucosterol 是从藻类、海藻或硅藻中分离的一种甾醇,具有抗氧化、抗脂肪、降低血液胆固醇、抗糖尿病和抗癌活性。它通过抑制 PPARα和C/EBPα的表达调控脂肪生成,可用于抗肥胖试剂开发研究。
细胞实验: Cell Line: 3T3-L1 adipocytes. Concentration: 0 μM; 25 μM; 50 μM. Incubation Time: 7 days [1]
体外活性: Fucosterol (0-50 μM; 7 days) suppresses the expression of PPARα and C/EBPα when compared to fully differentiated control adipocytes [1]. Fucosterol shows cytotoxicity against T47D and HT29 cell lines (IC50s: 27.94 and 70.41 μg/ml) [3]. Fucosterol decreases the proliferation of HEK293, MCF-7, and SiHa cells (IC50s: 185.4, 43.3, and 34.0 μg/ml) [4].
体内活性: Fucosterol(p.o.;30mg/kg)显著降低血清葡萄糖浓度,并展现出对晶状体中山梨醇积累的抑制作用[2]。
