英文名: Norwogonin

描述: Norwogonin (5,7,8-Trihydroxyflavone) 是从黄芩中分离出来的，对肠道病毒 71 具有抗病毒活性，IC50为 31.83 μg/ ml。

体外活性: Norwogonin (0.4, 2, 10, and 50 μg/mL; 48 hours) inhibits Enterovirus 71 (EV71) replication in Vero cells and prevents the cytotoxicity induced by EV71 infection. Norwogonin (50 μg/mL; 48 hours) dramatically decreases viral VP2 protein expression and strongly decreases the expression of the EV71 NCR gene at 48 h.
