英文名: 5,​7,​4'-​Trimethoxyflavone

描述: 5,​7,​4'-​Trimethoxyflavone (4',5,7-Trimethoxyflavone) 是从泰国著名的药用植物 Kaempferia parviflora 中分离出来的一种天然产物。它以浓度依赖性方式显著有效抑制 SNU-16 人胃癌细胞的增殖，诱导细胞凋亡。

体外活性: 5,7,4'-Trimethoxyflavone induces apoptosis, as evidenced by increments of sub-G1 phase, DNA fragmentation, annexin-V/PI staining, the Bax/Bcl-xL ratio, proteolytic activation of caspase-3, and degradation of PARP protein. 5,7,4'-Trimethoxyflavone is significantly effective at inhibiting the proliferation of SNU-16 human gastric cancer cells in a concentration-dependent manner.
