英文名: beta-Escin

描述: beta-Escin 是七叶树种子的主要活性成分。它可抑制碱性成纤维细胞生长因子所诱导的增殖、迁移、管形成以及体内 CAM 血管生成。它具有研究抗血管生成作用的分子机制的潜力。

体外活性: Escin not only potentiated the proliferation-inhibiting and apoptosis-inducing effect of gemcitabine in both BxPC-3 and PANC-1 cell lines in vitro[2].
