描述: Acanthoside B 是一种具有抗炎和抗遗忘作用的木脂素。 Acanthoside B 可用于关于阿尔茨海默病和肺部炎症的研究。

体外活性: Acanthoside B has inhibitory effects on the allergic inflammation[1].

体内活性: Acanthoside B restores the cholinergic activity, decreases the endogenous antioxidant status, suppresses neuroinflammation, and activates the TrkB/CREB/BDNF pathway thereby attenuating Scopolamine inflicted AD-like amnesic traits in mice[2].
