英文名: N-Caffeoyltryptophan

描述: N-Caffeoyltryptophan (trans-Caffeoyl-L-tryptophan) 是一种潜在的 Sirt 抑制剂，使用咖啡提取物进行筛选。 N-Caffeoyltryptophan 抑制 Sirt2 (IC50; 8.7 μM) 优于 Sirt1 (IC50; 34μM)。

体外活性: 在细胞层面上，N-Caffeoyltryptophan能够增加神经元NG108-15细胞中总赖氨酸、cortactin和组蛋白H3的乙酰化水平。在同样的细胞中，这种酰胺还能增加p53中赖氨酸（K382）的乙酰化，但不影响（K305）[1]。
