描述: Corticotropin-releasing factor (human) acetate 刺激垂体前叶合成和分泌促肾上腺皮质激素。

体外活性: Corticotropin-releasing factor (human) acetate通过提高II型dlBNST神经元的兴奋性和激活AC-cAMP-PKA通路引发痛觉诱导的逃避反应[2]。

体内活性: 在大鼠注射Corticotropin-releasing factor (human) acetate（1 nmol/side）[2]之后，其在测试阶段花费在药物配对区的时间（314±22 s）明显短于预处理阶段在该区花费的时间（520±18 s）。
