英文名: ASTX660

描述: ASTX660 是一种口服生物可利用的 cIAP 和 XIAP 双重拮抗剂。

体外活性: Twenty-one triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) cell lines are treated with ASTX660 in vitro and it is found that 43% are sensitive to ASTX660.

体内活性: ASTX660 (daily oral treatment) inhibits tumor growth moderately but not a regression in HCC1806 xenografts in mice.
